Game Truck FAQ

  • How many people can attend a party?

    We allow as many guest attend the party as you want. We’ve had as many as 37 kids playing at one time.

  • What consoles to you have?

    We have 3 Nintendo Switches, 1 XBOX, 2 PS4 and a PS4 Virtual Reality. We have other consoles so if you want a different set up of consoles we can change them out.

  • Whats VR?

    It stands for Virtual Reality, it’s the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment which can be explored in 360 degrees. In English, It’s like being in the video game!

  • Can you detach the trailer?

    Yes, we can drop the trailer anywhere as long as the ground is level.

  • How big of an area do you need to park the trailer?

    We need 40ft of level ground to park and run the trailer.

  • Does anyone from Longoria Game Truck stay at the party and help out?

    Yes, we stay and help the guest with questions about games and any other problems they have. We stay in the trailer and supervise and change games. We have parties were we only see the parents before the party and after the party!

  • What kind of games to you have?

    We have games for all ages and can modify our game list to fit each party. We have a lot of multi player and 4 player games, this allows for more people to play at one time.

  • Do you have online gaming?

    In our basic party package we do not offer online games but for an extra cost we can get online games. We used to offer online games in the beginning but after 6 months of business it became more of a problem than fun. Most kids play online games by themselves so they play the way the want to but when you get 5 kids telling one kid how to play it gets mean. Since I’ve taken online gaming off the trailer I’ve zero issues with kids telling other kids how to play and never had a parent think we didn’t have enough games. If you really want online gaming you can call and we can talk about it.

  • How do you take payment?

    We take a $100 nonrefundable deposit to lock in you time slot. The day of the party you can pay the remaining balance, we accept Cash and Venmo.

  • What are the basic rules for the trailer?

    No Food or Drinks allowed inside the trailer and no taking the controllers off the trailer. Normally the age limit is around 4 years old but as long as they can follow directions we’re fine with any age. Kids must be kind to each other and respect one another while on the trailer.

Gellyball FAQ

  • What is Gellyball?

    Gellyball is a new game concept that uses battery-powered pistols, such as Airsoft, to fire water-gel spheres 8mm in diameter.  The gel provides a much softer impact and no residue.

  • How Safe Is Gellyball?

    A “Gellyball” is a “polymer” crystal shape sphere that, when soaked in water, expands to 8mm in size and on impact pulverizes and further breaks down the gel. Low impact means less painful and no bruising.

  • Does Gellyball leave a mess?

    Gellyballs are a polymer in a small crystal form that absorbs water up to 8 mm in size and when fired, pulverizes into very small particles. After drying, they are still the size of no more than a grain of salt. Easy to wipe or even vacuum (for indoor use).

  • Does Gellyball have a minimum age requirement?

    No, Gellyball is ideal for getting that timid player into the game! Gellyball is fun and safe for all ages. We recommend from the age of 6 years and older because the material (mask / harness) must fit properly.

  • How many Gellyballs in one charger?

    700 in the Blaster Grenade Hopper

  • How far do the Gellyball pistols shoot?

    They easily shoot 25 meters.

  • How fast the Gellyballs fly?

    Between 180-220 fps (feet-per-second)

  • How many people can play at one time?

    12 people can play at one time. If you want to have more you will need to add a player.

  • How much ammo comes with a party?

    You have unlimited amount of ammo. We usually bring two 5 gallon buckets of Gelly’s. It’s around 150k Gelly’s.

  • What should you wear?

    Athletic Gear is the best. You can wear a long sleeve and pants to ease the small bite when getting hit by the Gellys’s.

  • Does it hurt when you get blasted?

    It stings a little bit but we’ve had 4 year olds have a blast shooting each other.

  • Is a waiver required?

    No, a waiver is not required

  • Where does the party take place?

    Please ensure your selected location will allow our GellyBall experience. The area should be easily blocked off or a safe distance from spectators or those not involved in your event. Spectators should wear provided safety goggles and will be informed they may be hit by stray GellyBalls.

  • Does someone stay and supervise the party?

    Yes, we stay and host the party from beginning to end. We will help refill ammo and replace batteries and answer any questions the guest have.

  • What comes with the party?

    12 Blasters, 8 Bunkers, 12 helmets, Endless ammo, and a host for the party.

  • How long does it take to setup?

    It takes about 20-25 min to get everything set up then 15 min to break down. The longest part is blowing up the bunkers then nailing them down.
